WORK WITH TEMERITY
Temerity Games has several paid contract opportunities available for work on its first game, SEAR. We value experience, passion, a willingness to adapt and learn, and strong collaboration skills. Roles will generally be highly collaborative with check-ins a few times a week via the company Discord voice, with more frequent communication via Discord text channels. Experience with source control via Perforce (P4V/command-line) is a plus. Contractors generally set their own hours and must bring their own development machines to the role. Payments are issued every other week and most contracts are paid hourly.
If you have the proven skills we are looking for, even if you have yet to make any money off them, we’d like to hear from you. Our team is global, but we would love to get more people from Minnesota and particularly the Twin Cities metro area.

Temerity Games seeks to license exciting, evocative, thematic songs (*not* looping background music) suitable for phased-based gaming. Pop/dance/big-beat genres tend to be the best fits, but we'll consider any song with a promising feel. License terms are, at a minimum, perpetual and ​worldwide, non-exclusive, for use in the game, on the web, and in advertising. License fee is negotiable, but we value artists and their art and will negotiate in good faith. If you have both master and publishing rights to a song you feel would make a great SEAR level, or if you are interested in collaborating on making a song exclusively for a SEAR level, we would love to hear from you.

Temerity Games (St Paul, MN) seeks a VFX artist fluent in UE5 implementations, including Niagara, post-processing effects, and Blueprints to draw, design, and code 2D and 3D effects such as a 2D screen shatter effect, flashy text introductions, or non-interactable environmental aesthetics. Portfolio required, professional or hobbyist both welcome.
