ADAM NICOLAI

PRESIDENT

​A proud Minnesotan, Adam has done or tried just about everything. He is an author of six novels, a project manager, an owner of multiple profitable small businesses at once, an accountant, a DM and frequent PC, a lifelong lover of video games in every genre from racing, fighting, and Warioware to turn-based strategy, RPG, and walking simulator, and an amateur developer in multiple coding languages. Temerity Games is the culmination of his life experience, bringing it all together to execute on an idea he got tired of waiting for someone else to make.

SEAR (and its inspirations F-Zero GX, Mario Kart 8, Rez, Thumper, and a dash of Warioware)

MAYANK SINGH

ENGINEER

Mayank is an Unreal Engine Developer with strong experience in C++ and Blueprints. He has worked on a wide range of projects including multiplayer games, VR simulations, real-time 3D visualizations, and rendering pipelines. He specializes in writing optimized and scalable code for immersive, high-performance experiences using Unreal Engine.Apart from making games, he loves to explore new places — discovering fresh perspectives both in the virtual and real world keeps him inspired.

 

Favorite game: Valorant

MAYA SQUAR

ARTIST

Maya is a Games & Animation Artist with 6 years’ experience from Germany who has worked for studios like MPC, The Mill, MackeVision, Constantin Film, Eagle Eye Film, Lime Pictures, Emotions-Gaming, SaguniTech and many more. Her focus is in Environment Concept Art and Keyframe Art, specializing in contemporary, fantasy, & sci-fi.

Favorite games: Zelda OoT, Skies of Arcadia, The Longest Journey, Dragon Age

RACHAEL KEARNEY

ARTIST

Rachael is a UI/2D artist who has years worth of experience working on various projects, and is excited to be working on this new venture with everyone at Temerity Games. She has always been an avid gamer and creative person, and she seeks to combine these interests in her work.

 

Current favorites: Animal Crossing, Balatro, and Ring Fit Adventure.

ROB HENSLEY

ENGINEER

After nineteen years of writing boring .NET applications, Rob was ready for a new adventure and joining Temerity Games as a software engineer certainly qualifies. He is pretty sure his ten-year-old self would be quite impressed he grew up to make video games.

Favorite games: The Legend of Zelda series (esp. OoT and BotW), Ms. Pac-Man, Portal 1&2, Metroid Prime, Pokemon Go

LUKAS SCHMIDT

ARTIST

Lukas has nearly a decade of experience with high- and low-poly modeling, environment creation, advanced materials, photorealistic texturing, and multiple engines including 6 years’ experience with UE.

Favorite games: RDR2, Stalker 2, Ready or Not, Rimworld, Prison Architect
